The Hotel Corso is open throughout the year, summer and winter alike, for both spa visitors and holiday makers. It is situated on the main street of Mariánské Lázně only a ten minutes trolley-bus ride from the railway station. The three storey building contains 27 rooms. There are 6 single rooms with private baths and 4 double rooms with private showers. The total accommodation available, including extra couches, is 64 beds. 

The rooms are pleasantly furnished in a modern style. Every room has its own telephone and relay radio. A bathroom is available on every floor. In the wine cafe, which is in the First Class category, teadances are held in the afternoons and there is dancing to music in the evenings.
